Robert “AX” Adams, Jr is possibly the best kept musical secret in the Washington Metropolitan area. “AX”, a Berklee College of Music educated guitarist, singer-songwriter and producer often compared to the greats of pop and r&b, is a founding member of contemporary gospel pioneers Gideon Band (featuring Usher band drummer Aaron Spears) and has played with or opened for such music legends as Mavis Staples, Sister Sledge, Lalah Hathaway, Jody Watley and Pieces of a Dream, among others. He is  currently the lead guitarist for upcoming DMV hip hop r&b sensation Y Wonder and is also available and equally adept as an enlightening one man show.
